Ernie's Upp-A-Cuts Barbershop was created around April of 2001 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvaniam by Owner Ernest B. Harrod, Sr.. For a significant portion of Ernie's life he has continually responded to the needs of the people in which he serves with professional barber-styling services.and at other times just serving as a hobby. While desirous of performing his services, Ernie has fought a long battle with several chronic medical and mental illnesses from which he has been fallen and risen over and over again. He continues to push forward toward the mark of the high calling and loves to encourage others while cutting their hair on striving despite setbacks. He wants anyone who is reading this to know, if he could bounce back from nothing short of a life of HELL, then so could you. No Matter What!! You must never quit Then you Will WIN!!!!!.
